Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of these terms
Kori (the "Service") is an AI support agent provided by Inite ("we", "us") to support and monitor the integration platform Inite builds and operates for your organization. By using Kori — in Microsoft Teams or through any other interface we provide — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so, and these terms apply to that organization as well. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Inite covering your organization's integration platform or support services, that agreement takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
2. The Service
Kori answers support questions about your integration, investigates operational issues on integration platforms your organization has connected, and — with appropriate approval — can create engineering fix requests as GitHub issues in your organization's designated repository. The Service also includes an Issues tab in Microsoft Teams through which members of your Kori group chat can view issues in that repository and, depending on their role, update them (for example, changing an issue's priority, milestone, or a milestone's due date). The Service is made available to registered customer organizations; customers typically access it as guest users in Inite's Microsoft 365 tenant. Use of Microsoft Teams is additionally governed by Microsoft's own terms.
3. AI-generated content
Kori's responses are generated by artificial intelligence (large language models). AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is provided for informational and support purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing Kori's answers and any proposed changes before relying or acting on them, particularly for production systems.
4. Actions on your systems
Certain operations Kori can perform (such as resuming or restarting a workflow invocation on a connected platform, or filing a fix request) require explicit human approval before they are executed, and some approvals are restricted to authorized Inite operators. Certain issue-management actions in the Issues tab (such as changing an issue's priority or milestone) are performed directly by authorized users without a separate approval step. Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of the platform configuration and access it provides to Inite, for the membership of chats where the Issues tab is installed, and for the consequences of approvals granted and changes made by its authorized users.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate support purposes relating to your organization's integration, and you agree not to:
- use the Service if you are not an authorized user of a registered customer organization or an Inite operator;
- submit content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share;
- submit sensitive personal data (for example, health or financial account data of individuals) that is not necessary for resolving a support issue;
- attempt to bypass approval gates or role restrictions, access other organizations' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it to develop competing products;
- rely on the Service in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the integrity of the Service.
6. Your data
Our handling of messages and other data processed by the Service is described in the Privacy Policy, including the fact that Kori reads all messages in group chats where it is installed. You retain your rights in the content you submit; you grant Inite the rights needed to process that content to operate and provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and documentation, is owned by Inite or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described here.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party services, including Microsoft Teams, GitHub, Cloudflare infrastructure, and AI models from Cloudflare and Meta. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be correct.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to the use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these terms expands any limitation or remedy agreed in a separate written agreement between your organization and Inite.
11. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be communicated to customer organizations. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
